Listings may be claimed or unclaimed. A claimed listing means the provider has access to manage their profile details. Always do your own due diligence before hiring.

Yes. The Worcester Home Services Directory is free for homeowners to use. Contractors can also create and claim listings for free. In the future we may introduce optional paid features for contractors who want additional visibility, but the core service will remain free.

If you see your business listed, you can claim it to update details like services, contact info, and description. Use the Claim link on the listing card.

Homeowners are not required to register (but may) to use The Worcester Home Services Directory. Contractors do need to register when claiming or creating a listing. Please see our Privacy Policy (link in footer) for information about how we handle your data.

Standard cleaning covers routine surfaces and reset tasks. Deep cleaning goes further (baseboards, buildup, detail areas) and usually takes longer and costs more.

Some do, some don’t. Ask up front what they provide, whether they use eco-friendly products, and what you’re expected to supply.
