Yes. The Worcester Home Services Directory is free for homeowners to use. Contractors can also create and claim listings for free. In the future we may introduce optional paid features for contractors who want additional visibility, but the core service will remain free.

If you see your business listed, you can claim it to update details like services, contact info, and description. Use the Claim link on the listing card.

Homeowners are not required to register (but may) to use The Worcester Home Services Directory. Contractors do need to register when claiming or creating a listing. Please see our Privacy Policy (link in footer) for information about how we handle your data.

If you see sparking, burning smells, warm outlets, repeated breaker trips, or flickering tied to a specific circuit, stop using that circuit and call a licensed electrician.
