The Worcester Home Services Directory is a product of Percycom LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of the Platform

We operate a lead marketplace connecting homeowners with local service providers. We do not perform services or guarantee results. We are a neutral connector.

User Types

There are two user classes: Homeowners and Service Providers.

Listings & Removal Rights

Listings are primarily submitted by providers. We reserve the right to edit, suspend, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Leads

Service requests may be shared with multiple providers. Leads are currently provided without charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees at any time.

Contractor Obligations

Leads are confidential. Providers may not resell, share, or misuse lead information. Abuse of the Platform may result in account termination and legal action.

No Endorsement

We do not guarantee contractor quality, pricing, licensing, or performance. Agreements are solely between homeowner and contractor.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” Percycom LLC is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from use of the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
